Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Prayosha Food Services Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as "We", "Us", "Our", “Company”), We strive to offer good quality food and beverages related images / graphics / video, digital marketing campaigns, website development etc. that you can use for your business ("Services”) on our platform named as Petpooja Marketing Hub. There are many other service providers in the market but you chose us over them, we appreciate your choice and the trust you imparted in us by choosing us. Thank You.
A subscriber may cancel its/ his /her subscription and claim 50% refund of the consideration amount paid per account/subscription within 30 days from the date of payment. Provided that during the first 30 days from the date of payment, the subscriber -
- has not approved more than 2 designs/ reel;
- failed to share the required details within 5 days of making the payment;
- did not respond to the queries shared by Petpooja via email or WhatsApp or call;
- Any delay on account of any technical glitches, associated with the Meta account, before the credentials were shared with Petpooja; and
- Petpooja has gone over and above the committed deliverables.
Pursuant to the expiry of 30 days, we will not entertain any cancellation/ refund request.
